Email address, provided during purchase, used for license key delivery and product update notifications. This is stored alongside your license key on our infrastructure.
License key and activation status, used to verify your license when you activate the Software.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following: your audio samples, DAW project files, plugin usage patterns, system hardware identifiers, IP-based location data, or any form of telemetry. The Software does not phone home outside of license activation and the Rave sync feature described below.
Your email address is used exclusively for license delivery and product update emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.
FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC) processes all payments as the merchant of record. AudioMap does not have access to your payment card details. FastSpring's privacy policy is available at fastspring.com/privacy.
The Rave plugin transmits automation parameter values and anonymous session identifiers to enable real-time sync between users. No audio data, no personal data, and no project data is transmitted.
audiomap.net uses no cookies, no analytics scripts, and no tracking pixels.
Your email and license data are retained for the duration of your license. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@audiomap.net. Upon deletion, your license will be deactivated.
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
